Therefore, we continue to inform you in detail about the processing of personal data. The legislative context

According to the requirements of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation”) applicable from on May 25, 2018, we have the obligation to manage in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide us by using our website in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR Regulation.

1.1To protect your data, EUROPROJECT has taken technical and organizational measures to protect this data, especially against loss, manipulation or unauthorized access. The adopted measures are checked regularly and are constantly adapted to the state of the art. In the event of a breach of the protection of your personal data, which is estimated to result in a major risk for your rights and freedoms, we will notify you immediately, as far as possible within 72 hours.
1.2 Please note that you are personally responsible for the confidentiality and safe keeping of your user data or passwords, which have been handed over or communicated to you.

2. Processing of the data of minors.
2.1 We expressly point out that all processing of personal data refers exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 16. The use of systems and tools, as well as the results of data processing by users who do not have this minimum age is prohibited without the consent of parents/guardians. If a processing of personal data still takes place, we will stop the processing of this data once we become aware of this fact.

Personal data are processed by us according to the legal provisions in force regarding the protection of personal data. if you correspond with us or fill out a form with data on our website, please keep in mind that the data mentioned by you on the respective form will be processed for the purposes described below.

EUROPROJECT does not carry out all personal data processing only on its own, but benefits from support from professional partners, who act on the basis of instructions received from EUROPROJECT for technical operations related to the hosting of the KIDS Project platform and applications and software on which they are based.
In addition to this, your data is processed with the help of marketing agencies, for the purposes mentioned in the following.

The partners are carefully selected and undertake to ensure, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, the processing of your data according to the legal provisions in force regarding data protection and respecting your rights. The partners are forbidden to use the personal data received for their own or commercial purposes or to transmit them to third parties, except in the case where the third parties act to achieve the purposes of the processing described herein, in which case the same conditions regarding technical and organizational measures apply to them as well.

Registration form
• Registration form: When completing the registration form, your personal data in this categories* (name, surname, email address and phone number, profile photo) will be processed under the conditions provided in this section.

  • Purpose: Use of the KIDS Project IT platform
  • Grounds: Legitimate interest in processing your data individually to be able to provide you with information referring to the project: events, courses, workshops, documents, questionnaires.
  • Storage duration: equal to the duration of the project but not more than [18 months]

• The consequences of the refusal: in the event that you do not provide this data, you will not be able to use the application and the software platform and implicitly you will not have access to information of interest within the project.

6. Data processing for which consent is required
EUROPROJECT processes the personal data mentioned at point [3.] for the following purposes:
Subscription to the Newsletter
• The data indicated when registering in the project (contact and identification data) will be used only for sending the newsletter. When sending the newsletter, we will use the e-mail address communicated by you and finally we need your confirmation that, as the owner of the e-mail address, you agree to receive them (the so-called Double Opt-In function) . You can revoke the subscription at any time using the mobile application in the Account Settings > Alerts and Notifications area and unchecking the newsletter option from the list of notifications or by sending an email to office@europroject.org.ro.

  • Purpose: Sending information about the project, courses and events
  • Grounds: Consent
  • Storage duration: As long as the newsletter is sent, until you unsubscribe.

Consequences of refusal: if you do not agree with this processing, you will not receive the newsletter.

If you have created a user account, you can always have access to your personal data and you can complete or correct them. in addition, you can close the user account at any time.

8.5 The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) You can request the erasure of your personal data if the purpose for which they were collected no longer exists, if their processing contravenes legal provisions, if their processing excessively affects your interests or if processing is based on your consent, which you have revoked. You must remember that there may be other reasons that prevent the immediate deletion of your data, for example, mandatory archiving periods, pending actions, claims, the exercise or defense of legal rights, etc.

8.6 The right to restriction of processing You have the right to request a limitation of the processing of your personal data in the following cases: a) You contest the correctness of the processing of your data, this happens for a period, which allows us to check the correctness of your data b) the processing of your data of a personal nature contravenes the legal provisions, but you oppose their deletion and request a limitation of the use of this data c) we no longer need your personal data for the intended purpose, but you still need this data for the purpose of execution, the exercise or defense of legal claims or you have contested the processing of your personal data.

In the event that we resort to this activity, we will inform you about the following aspects:
the existence of an automated decision-making process including the creation of profiles as well as, at least in the respective cases, pertinent information regarding the logic used and regarding the importance and expected consequences of such processing for you. In this situation, within EUROPROJECT, appropriate measures have been established to protect your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.

8.10 The right to petition If you believe that we have violated provisions of Romanian or European law in the processing of your personal data, thus infringing your rights, please contact us to clarify your questions. Of course, you have the right to contact the Romanian Data Protection Authority, respectively a European supervisory authority.

EUROPROJECT uses on www.kids-project.eu/en/  Social Plugins (hereinafter buttons) of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+. in the case of visiting our web page, these buttons are deactivated, that is, you do not transmit any data to the respective social networks. before you can use these buttons, you must proactively activate them with a click. The button remains active until you deactivate or delete your cookie files.

After activation, a direct connection is created with the server of the respective social network. The content of this button is transmitted by the social network directly to your browser, which integrates the button in the page. After activating a button, the respective social network can already collect data, regardless of whether you interact with the respective button or not.
